The glorious December revolution in Sudan sparked rich discussions about how to rebuild the national economy after its historical destruction. Attention was drawn to launch new economic thinking. In fact it is not new to the world because China, Japan, India and other countries have applied it, but it is new to us in Sudan, and it is based on that ; countries which target comprehensive development with a social horizon desirable to fight poverty, alleviate it and increase gross national product must acquire the economy of small scale production and not the idea of large scale production projects. The latter is suitable for countries like the United States of America with the known features of a large dimensional economy that reduces costs and saves raw materials from waste..etc. As for developing countries, if they want to achieve explosive development and achieve economic renaissance, they must take small projects that play an important role in increasing gross domestic product, alleviation of acute poverty and unemployment ..
Small enterprises in developing countries have an important lever, which is represented in entrepreneurship and the inventions provided by talented people .. With inventions the industrial revolution in Europe was built from null status .. The importance of entrepreneurship and inventions in developing countries and others comes from that; there are preferential advantages in production in every country, and each country has a production environment that differs from the other, and the production environment in Sudan is based on agriculture, grazing, agricultural industrialization, and mining. In such an environment, if we want to adopt the economy of small enterprises, there must be production tools suitable for the environment. Agriculture in Sudan needs production tools that an individual can use on his farm, which must be quick-performing and has a high efficiency in performing the task. These tools are invented by creators who attentively study of the environment, knowledge of the problem, and then develop the appropriate design for a machine that deals with that problem efficiently and competently, with regard to save time, reduce costs and effort, and thus reduce the cost of production.
In European countries, in the past, they relied on entrepreneurship and inventions to build the first and second industrial revolution, but they talk at the present time that entrepreneurship has an important role in (increasing profits) because they achieved a strong production base built on technology, and they succeeded in absorbing the resulting social problems concerning the lack of income and unemployment through the social role of the state, which is represented in funds designated from the state for non-workers, for children, for the elderly..etc. However, we ,in developing countries, although profit is one of the business goals in general, but not similarly with the abstract concept that Europe deals with .. we are concerned here to get out of the cycle of poverty and underdevelopment to achieve explosive development considering the fact that; this development is not achieved by traditional methods of production. In the same time it is not enough to import ready-made tools and machines from Europe that may not be appropriate for our production environment . From here the entrepreneurship has a more comprehensive role as it played the same role initiated by Europe at the beginning of the Industrial Revolution.
The new economic thought in Sudan is focused on small and medium projects, and even (micro), to be a tool to motivate the national economy and achieve development while addressing the problem of unemployment and poverty, Specifically that the Sudan suffers from a high percentage of unemployment and high rates of poverty .. This economic thought that was produced by the glorious December revolution links small enterprises with entrepreneurship whose concept began to flower in Sudan in recent years because they complement each other. Indeed, the traditional handicrafts and the current agricultural and pastoral production need to be entrepreneurs to create tools commensurate with the production of local environments. These tools achieve quality and save production from wasting and time-lapse .. In a country like Japan they express about overall quality by saying: (zero inventory, zero errors, zero papers, zero defects, zero delay) .. continued ..
